How do I sign in to Conectum? Do I need to provide any personal data?
You sign in to Conectum by connecting a crypto or Web3 wallet.
When you connect for the first time, a private account is automatically created for you.
No personal data such as name, email, or phone number is required.
Your account is identified using an anonymous, hashed identifier derived from your wallet connection.
Will my purchases and credits still be available if I sign out or reconnect later?
Yes. Your purchases, credits, and active services remain available whenever you reconnect using the same crypto wallet. As long as you use the same wallet, you will regain access to your account state without needing to create a new account or re-enter any data.
Which crypto wallets are supported?
Conectum works with most common browser and mobile crypto wallets that support standard wallet connections. This includes popular desktop browser wallets and mobile wallets used on smartphones.
For the best experience, we recommend using well-established wallets such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet.
I don’t have a crypto wallet — how can I get one?
Getting a crypto wallet is simple and free. You can install a browser wallet on your computer or a mobile wallet on your phone in just a few minutes.
We provide a beginner-friendly guide in the How to Create a Wallet –> Docs.
How do payments and account top-ups work?
Top-ups on Conectum are made using cryptocurrency through the trusted payment provider NOWPayments. You top up your account with credits, which are then used to purchase services such as flashing key, VPN vouchers, or eSIM packages.
Do purchased credits, flashing keys, VPN vouchers,
or eSIMs expire?
Yes, some items have a usage period:
Account credits (top-ups): must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Castrum OS flashing keys: must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
The following services do not have an expiration limit:
– VPN vouchers
– eSIM packages
What is a Castrum OS flashing key?
A Castrum OS flashing key allows you to flash Castrum OS on one supported Google Pixel device.
Each flashing key is valid for a single device and a single installation.
Once installed, Castrum OS can be used for the lifetime of the device.
The operating system itself is not subscription-based. The Conectum portal guides you step by step through the secure flashing process.
Which VPN provider’s vouchers do you offer?
We currently offer VPN vouchers for Mullvad VPN, available as 6-month vouchers. Mullvad is known for strong privacy standards and does not require user registration or personal data.
Is my crypto wallet address stored or visible to Conectum?
No. Your actual wallet address is never stored or visible to Conectum.
Only a hashed identifier is used internally to recognize your session and account state.
Is the referral / earn system already available?
Not yet. The referral (earn) system is planned but not live in the current beta.
When available, it will be clearly marked and documented.
